New Forest Wellbeing Service

You can self-refer yourself to the Wellbeing Service if you are aged 18 or over, have a GP in the New Forest area (including Waterside and Totton) and experience mild to moderate mental health problems like anxiety, stress, low mood or self esteem or depression.
